'Crisp And Even Brightly'
By Alick Rowe
venues
Shakespeare House
Dates
10th - 11th December 1993
Director
Pandy Toy
This in-house rehearsed reading in aid of the Nightingale MacMillan Continuing Care Unit was perfect Christmas entertainment for a very good cause.
Originally written for radio, Alick Rowe's play was an irreverent and hilarious antidote to traditional festive fare which got behind the mask (or under the ermine) of Good King Wenceslas and find out just what happened on the Feast of Steven.
Full of great comic moments and memorable characters this was a great show with which to celebrate the festive season of 1993.
